iHub Talks February 2017

Friday, February 3 at 1:00pm
Goes until 3:00pm

iHub Talks is Inquiry Hub’s student-organised, monthly series of talks. A group of student organisers invite speakers to talk about their professions, their work, and what interests them, in a half hour presentation to students.

The next iHub Talks are on February 3rd at 1:00pm. Speaking at the talks are Eoin Duffy, a Canadian animator and director; and Dr. Arlene Sindelar, a historian at UBC, specialising in medieval history and the role of women.

Along with speaking about animation, Eoin Duffy will screen his latest yet-to-be-publicly-released short film for the NFB, I AM HERE.

The talks are compulsory for students, and free for parents or siblings who might wish to attend.
